His unique blend of technical experience and legal acumen allow him to offer clients insight into both wet and dry shipping issues, with a particular focus on casualties. His technical knowledge allows him to play a key role in incident/accident investigations and collecting evidence, particularly in cases involving collisions, groundings, oil pollution, salvage, fire, and piracy. His deep understanding of navigation, machinery, and VDR forensics enhances his ability to identify critical technical issues early on in a matter and enables him to provide tailored and effective dispute resolution advice to clients accordingly.

As an associate, Mukut advises on complex maritime cases involving salvage and general average, hull and machinery policy coverage, war risks policy coverage, property insurance and unsafe port claims, cargo insurance and recovery claims, and charter-party and contract of affreightment disputes.

In addition to his maritime experience, Mukut holds an M.B.A. from Cranfield University, which provides a strong business foundation that complements his legal and technical knowledge, ensuring clients receive well-rounded, strategic advice tailored to their needs.
