Olivia Doyhambehere

She advises clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets transactions, corporate reorganisations, and commercial contracts.

Olivia has acted for both domestic and multi-jurisdictional clients, across a wide range of industry sectors, including in the media, real estate, technology and transportation industries.

During her time with the firm Olivia completed a secondment with an international client in the music and publishing industry, where she worked on broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

Olivia has worked on a range of pro bono projects at the firm, including the organisations KIND and NCDV.
