Philip Chang

During law school, Philip interned in the business and legal affairs departments of Marvel Studios and Fox Entertainment.

Philip advises leading private equity firms, public and private companies, funds, video game companies, and film and television studios on mergers and acquisitions, financing, complex intellectual property agreements and other commercial matters.

His practice includes running production legal, financing and distribution for highly acclaimed films and television series and working with the most successful video game publishers on e-sports, technology transactions, advertising, product counseling and data privacy issues. Philip provides commercial advice to publishers, developers and other stakeholders in the media and games marketplace in addition to acting as corporate counsel for key transactions.
