Rae Chung

In addition to litigation, Rae advises employers on proactive compliance and risk management across the full employment life cycle, including recruitment and hiring, retention, workplace investigations, leave of absence, performance management, discipline, terminations and separations, mass layoffs, and negotiated severance agreements. She has represented clients across a range of industries, including health care, cybersecurity, hospitality, and technology.

Rae is fluent in Korean and Japanese and is well versed in Asian business culture, enabling her to effectively advise and represent multinational and culturally diverse clients. She also has experience serving as an interpreter and providing pro bono legal services to underserved communities in the Bay Area and Southern California.
