Sara A. O’Toole Loevner

Sara is a partner in the firm’s Global Corporate Group. She advises public and private companies, founders, investors, and boards on a broad range of corporate matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, divestitures, venture capital and growth equity transactions, corporate restructurings, and debt and equity financings. Sara also provides day‑to‑day counseling on corporate governance and commercial matters and has experience guiding clients through every stage of the deal lifecycle, from the term sheet to closing and post‑closing integration. Her representations span a variety of industries, including technology, industrials and manufacturing, healthcare, and consumer products.
