Steven is an associate in the Real Estate group and advises clients on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, development and financing of commercial real estate assets.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Steven worked in the legal department of a regional railroad. In this role, he managed various matters, including corporate governance, third-party claims, lobbying efforts, ethics and compliance, and real estate.
