Tiffany Fordyce

In addition to her litigation practice, Tiffany also presents group and one-on-one employment training and seminars. She advises clients on how to avoid litigation by counseling them on employment related matters, such as managing leave policies; responding to employee performance issues; handling national and local reductions in force; preparing employee handbooks; assuring BIPA compliance; drafting drug testing policies, employment and consulting agreements, non-competition and separation agreements, severance packages, and social media policies; and establishing proper employee classification. She also is frequently called upon to conduct investigations and to audit human resources practices and protocols, including as they relate to pay equity, whistleblower, harassment, and discrimination complaints.
