He advises corporate trustees and agents across the market on the full range of debt capital markets transactions, including corporate and financial institution debt, regulatory capital and other subordinated debt, equity-linked products, repackagings, CLOs, securitisations, covered bonds, and infrastructure and project finance.
Tim has wide-ranging experience advising trustees on defaults, modifications, waivers, restructurings, and liability management, as well as disputes and litigation. He also advises facility, security, and intercreditor agents on all types of bank financing and custodians, escrow agents, and depositary banks on standalone custody, escrow, and depositary receipt matters.
