Victor Ficarra

Prior to joining Reed Smith, Victor was a tax senior with an international tax team at a Big 4 accounting firm. He advised clients in industries ranging from manufacturing, payment processing, food & beverage, and retail on claiming tax treaty benefits, cross-border restructuring projects, and global intellectual property planning.

While in law school, Victor competed in and won first place in the 2024 ABA Law Student Tax Challenge. Victor served as an editor of the Temple Law’s Business Magazine (the Temple 10-Q), volunteered with the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, and was on the executive boards of the Sports & Entertainment, Tax & Bankruptcy, and Asian Pacific American Law Student Societies. 

In April of 2026, Victor was named one of Temple University’s Top 30 under 30 alumni in the Commerce Catalysts category. He was then awarded Penn State Brandywine’s Young Alumni Award in May of 2026. Victor currently serves as the Vice President of the Penn State Brandywine Alumni Society.
