Yun is an associate in the Transportation Industry Group in our New York office.
Yun has experience in ship financing transactions (including secured debt financing transactions), bilateral and syndicated loan facilities, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions (including debt and equity issuance), and public company reporting and registration under the Exchange Act. Prior to joining Reed Smith, he was general counsel at an early-stage startup.
