Natalie’s role includes keeping the team updated on best practice, civil procedure, legislation and case law, designing and delivering the training programme, producing thought leadership material, assisting with complex legal queries and preparing and maintaining precedents and know-how.

Before her KML role, Natalie practised as a dispute resolution lawyer for a number of years, with a particular focus on financial disputes and general commercial litigation. Natalie has taught numerous legal subjects at the University of Law in Leeds and various universities in the Netherlands.
