Anna Karapetyan’s practice focuses on business transactional law, with an emphasis on real estate and corporate transactions. She represents developers, owners, buyers and sellers in transactions involving commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, financing, and sale-leasebacks. A large portion of Anna’s practice focuses on the development, construction, and financing of renewable energy projects, including wind and solar energy deals.
