Assisting on deals for key investor clients, institutional landlords, corporate and retail occupiers, Dashni has experience on transactions including sales and purchases, investment deals involving refinancing, development projects and large portfolio acquisitions.

Before becoming an associate, Dashni worked for nearly five years as a real estate paralegal at Reed Smith where she developed in-depth knowledge of general property management matters. Dashni works on landlord and tenant matters including leasehold grants, renewals (including contested renewals) and general property management. Dashni has broad experience across various different asset classes, with a particular interest in offices, luxury retail and restaurant lettings.

Outside of real estate, Dashni is a keen advocate for diversity and inclusion activities and champions fundraising activities such as TourDeLaw for Breast Cancer Care.
