David E. Schneyer is a litigation associate and member of the firm’s Insurance Recovery Group. He has significant experience in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract claims, insurance recovery proceedings, securities and antitrust class actions, real estate disputes, and defamation suits.
In his insurance recovery practice, David counsels individual and corporate policyholders on a wide variety of coverage disputes in federal and state courts across the country, as well as in alternative dispute forums. His practice involves complex, multi-faceted coverage claims and encompasses liability coverage as well as first-party policies.
Prior to entering private litigation practice, David clerked for the Honorable I. Leo Glasser, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
