Represented a sales broker in Illinois state court in its suit against a multinational jewelry retailer, alleging breach of contract, fraud, and violation of the Illinois Sales Representative Act.

Represented one of the largest chicken producers in the United States, in defense of a putative antitrust class action filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, and consolidated in an MDL.
Represented a mixed-use real estate cooperative in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood, in a New York state court malpractice action against the transactional lawyers who negotiated the sale of its retail units.
