Alexandra’s practice focuses in representing purchasers/landlords in sale/leasebacks and in the financing of net leased properties, including properties leased to credit tenants and non-credit tenants. Alexandra also frequently assists in corporate transactions, including business risk assessments in mergers and acquisitions, and in structuring matters. She routinely handles franchising transactions across industries and asset classes, including restaurants and bars, office buildings, mixed-use, and more.
