Heather has acted on both domestic and cross-border matters for clients across numerous industry sectors. Having gained experience in the Reed Smith Entertainment and Media team as a trainee, Heather has worked on music catalogue and technology-related acquisitions from both the corporate and the specialist side of a transaction. She also has in-house experience from completing a six-month secondment to a leading international bank.

Heather has worked on a range of pro bono projects at the firm and provides corporate and commercial support to individual charities.
