Robert is an associate in the Global Commercial Disputes Group and focuses his practice on a variety of commercial litigation matters. His practice involves contract and business disputes, insurance recovery litigation, energy litigation, and financial services litigation.
He has experience participating in various phases of pre-trial practice including drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, dispositive motions, and motions in limine. He has also participated in hearings through examining and cross-examining witnesses.
Robert dedicates a portion of his practice to pro bono work and has represented pro bono clients in both criminal and civil matters. In 2022, he was a recipient of the Reed Smith Sean Halpin Honorable Mention for Outstanding Pro Bono Service.
