Nilufer is an Australian qualified associate in the Financial Industry Group focusing in particular on corporate finance, real estate finance and project finance. She has broad range of experience having acted in lender and borrower roles in relation to capital expenditure, corporate facilities and project financings both in domestic and overseas markets.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Nilufer was an in-house associate in the legal department of Turk Telekom, one of the largest telecommunications operators in Turkey. During her time at Turk Telekom, Nilufer was involved in a wide range of banking and project work which included advising on various corporate and ECA-backed loan agreements.
Nilufer was also recently seconded to the Structured Derivatives and Risk Solutions legal team of NatWest Markets.
Nilufer joined Reed Smith in July 2019.
