Just over three years ago, we published our first Entertainment and Media Guide to AI noting that we were “on the cusp of the next exciting phase of the technological revolution”. Fair to say, the industry is now fully immersed in the vortex of change that these developments have brought.

In those years, we’ve seen litigation, new regulations and previously hypothetical use cases rolled out on a far-reaching scale. We’ve seen AI both simultaneously become part of our everyday and hit the headlines daily with even more announcements at an ever-increasing pace.

What hasn’t changed is that our human lawyers have, yet again, rolled up their sleeves, to take a deep dive into these key developments and bring you the trends and the legal issues to note both now and on the horizon for the next three years ahead.
