Omar Alaniz is the managing partner of Reed Smith’s Dallas office. He represents distressed companies and other key stakeholders in distressed situations, and advises organizations in the energy, industrial, real estate, financial services, utilities, aviation, and health care sectors.
Erin England is a Dallas-based partner and focuses on structuring and negotiating complex debt transactions for regional and national banks, and alternative lenders. She also represents domestic and international borrowers.
