Mehrnaz’s practice focuses on securitizations, receivables finance and bespoke structured financings. She also frequently advises clients on finance-linked hedging arrangements, FX and interest rate swaps. Mehrnaz is also a member of Reed Smith’s ‘On Chain: Crypto and Digital Assets Group’, having advised various global clients on crypto-related finance transactions.
