Kevin is a member of Reed Smith’s Records & E-Discovery Group. He has considerable experience reviewing and analyzing discovery documents for relevance, privilege and confidential information. In addition, his experience includes drafting legal documents such as interrogatories and other discovery documents. Kevin has also represented plaintiffs at personal injury arbitration hearings, served on arbitration panels hearing civil matters, and represented clients at ARD hearings.
