Emily is a senior associate in the Global Commercial Disputes Group and is also a member of the Insurance Recovery Group.
Emily has a multitude of experience in a broad range of complex English High Court litigation and international arbitration matters (ICC, LCIA and ad hoc), as well as with the UK’s First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal tax appeals. Emily has experience with disputes on a wide range of topics, including insurance recovery, professional negligence, copyright infringement, shareholder disputes, tax and customs appeals, and general commercial contractual disputes. Emily also has experience assisting a company involved in a public inquiry and a company subject to an aviation regulatory investigation.
