Bilingual French-English and dual-qualified in both Common and Civil law systems, Nicolas is perfectly placed to assist international clients with their strategic development projects in the EU, their market compliances issues and their relationships with French government authorities at all levels. Nicolas also appears regularly before the administrative courts in judicial review cases and advises on the legality of government decisions and regulations.

In addition to being a sessional lecturer in law and rhetoric at leading universities in Paris, Nicolas also devotes a significant portion of his practice to corporate social responsibility and human rights matters. He acts as co-lead of the Paris pro bono practice and is a member of the firm’s Global DEI Committee.
