The course tracks recent developments in the law, including enactment of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and discusses the impact of these developments on privilege and work product issues for in-house counsel. There will be practical suggestions on how in-house counsel can maximize the protection of the attorney-client privilege and the work-product doctrine.
