Jack Trachtenberg will present on the panel, “NYS Residency Update,” which will provide an update on state residency rules, regulations and cases. The panel will compare and contrast the rules of New York State with other key states. This will include how to change domicile to another state, as well as how to avoid the trap of being taxed as a resident of more than one state.
Jason Feingertz will present on the panel, “New York State and City Tax Update,” which will cover new decisions, rulings, and administrative releases affecting various New York State and New York City taxes.
