In today’s political and legal environment, health care has come to the forefront of discussion and is prevalent in the media. The passing and implementation of the Affordable Care Act caused sweeping changes in access to health care and the provision of services. With significant changes in the White House and Legislature, the future of the implemented changes from the last ten years is now in question.
The Barristers and Healthcare Law Sections of the Los Angeles County Bar Association have complied a panel of local attorneys and professionals to not only discuss the national implications of current events, but to also provide attendees with insight as to what may or may not happen locally in California. Topics covered will include the potential repeal and replacement of the Affordable Care Act, potential changes in federal and state programs, and the legal landscape that is unfolding as a result.
Be sure to join us for our cocktail reception beginning at 6:15pm.
