AMPII is part of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, known as AIPPI (Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle), a global association focused on the development of intellectual property laws.  The conference will feature panels providing a deep dive in various aspects of intellectual property law and will be attended by trademark and advertising practitioners and in-house counsel from around the globe.  Reed Smith’s Silicon Valley team, Jason Garcia and Justine Lee, will present a panel on the topic of ambush marketing from a United States perspective along with co-panelists who will share insight from a Latin America perspective.
