The program aims to train young practitioners to assist arbitral tribunals in arbitration proceedings. It includes extensive discussions on the duties and responsibilities of tribunal secretaries, confidentiality obligations, legal issues and the best practices on how to address them, drafting of procedural orders, among others.
The program is conducted for two days by faculty from around the world.
