LONDON – Global law firm, Reed Smith’s shipping group has been shortlisted for the i-law Maritime Law award in the Lloyd’s Americas Awards 2018.

Now in its fifth year, the Lloyd’s List Americas Awards recognise shipping and logistics companies, ports, environmental initiatives, training and innovation across the Americas. The prestigious awards are judged by an independent panel of industry experts & thought-leaders who include: Niels Aalund, Senior Vice-President of the West Gulf Maritime Association; Kaity Arsoniadis-Stein, Executive Director of the Vancouver International Maritime Centre; Kathy Metcalf, President and CEO of The Chamber of Shipping of America; and Jorge Duran, Senior Advisor in Technology for the Development, Organization of American States (OAS) amongst others.
