LONDON – Reed Smith today announced it has been shortlisted for the 2019 “Transatlantic Private Equity Team of the Year” award by Legal Week, The American Lawyer, and Corporate Counsel. The coveted award annually recognizes the legal team responsible for the most outstanding private equity transaction that requires significant lawyering on both sides of the Atlantic. The judging panel comprises senior American Legal Media journalists. Reed Smith is one of just four remaining teams on their 2019 private equity short list.

The final winner will be announced at the Transatlantic Legal Awards 2019 in London, June 13.
