NEW YORK - Global law firm Reed Smith today announced that it has advised Moody’s Corporation on its acquisition of ABS SuiteTM, a software platform used by issuers and trustees for the administration of asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities programs, from Deloitte & Touche LLP.
The Reed Smith team on this transaction was comprised of New York-based partners Chris Sheaffer and Peter Emmi, and associates Anatoliy Rozental, Lowell Bourgeois, Sophie Ha, Stacy Lee.
