TermJet® offers a business-friendly automated solution to the costly and time-consuming exercise of creating the Ts & Cs required for online competitions.
By answering a series of simple questions through a user-friendly interface, individuals both with or without legal qualifications can create online Ts & Cs in real time for multiple jurisdictions that conform to local laws and, where required, in local languages. The TermJet® platform is updated periodically to reflect legal developments.
TermJet® has been developed by Reed Smith and supported by the firm’s legal technology subsidiary, GravityStack, with additional support from the EMEA arm of kids entertainment brand Cartoon Network, to develop the e-solution.
