CHICAGO – Global law firm Reed Smith has advised Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE: CW) on closing its $400 million deal to acquire the stock of Pacific Star Communications (PacStar®).

PacStar, which is a leading provider of communications systems and network communications software for battlefield network management, will operate within Curtiss-Wright’s Defense segment.
