Based in New York, Rozental is a key member of Reed Smith’s Global Corporate Group, with a practice that focuses on private equity transactions and domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions across a broad range of sectors, including consumer brands and retail, industrials and manufacturing, technology, media and telecom (TMT), financial services, healthcare, and entertainment & media. He has advised on billions of dollars of transactions, including representing ORIX Capital Partners in its acquisition of Optimad Media, Concord Music Group in its acquisition of Downtown Music Publishing’s owned music copyright catalog, Dalian Wanda in the sale of The IRONMAN Group to Advance Publications/Newhouse, and Vista Outdoor in its acquisition of Remington Ammunition. Rozental joined Reed Smith as an associate in 2015 and was promoted to partner in January 2021.
