NEW YORK – Global law firm Reed Smith today announced that it has advised Tech Mahindra (NSE: TECHM), a leading provider of digital transformation, consulting, and business re-engineering services and solutions, on its $120 million acquisition of DigitalOnUS, a leading hybrid cloud and DevOps services provider, to augment hybrid-cloud offerings for enterprise customers globally.
