NEW YORK – Global law firm Reed Smith has advised private equity fund Leeds Equity Partners in connection with its platform acquisition of e.Republic, a California-based media, research, data, and events company focused on supporting public-sector innovation across state and local government and education, and parent company of Government Technology.
Leeds is a sector-focused, private equity firm dedicated exclusively to the “knowledge industries” (education, training and information services).
