This is the fifth consecutive year that Kerur has been named to this list.

Reed Smith advises on projects of all types and sizes, particularly real estate (including commercial, industrial, and mixed-used developments) and public-private partnerships.

Every year since 2020, Reed Smith has been ranked by the Legal 500 EMEA guide in Tier 1 for United Arab Emirates Construction. The firm was also named as UAE Construction Law Firm of the Year at the Chambers Middle East Awards in 2022.

To compile the Power List, Construction Week consults with a panel of industry experts across the MENA region to rank the individuals and their respective organisations based on a point system. Questionnaires are also distributed to gather further information on achievements in the preceding 12 months.
