Ji will spearhead the strategic growth of the firm’s compliance & regulatory practice in Greater China, advising global clients on complex cross-border challenges.
Her practice focuses on advising multinational corporations on compliance with economic sanctions, export controls, anti-corruption laws, data protection regulations, anti-money laundering laws. She has a proven track record in managing government enforcement actions, conducting internal investigations and risk assessments, and representing clients before US, UK and Asian regulatory agencies.
Beyond her regulatory knowledge, Ji has significant experience advising Asian companies on complex US litigation. She has represented many of the most prominent multinational companies and leading Asian companies in various sectors, including healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, technology, energy, financial, industrial and automobile.
Ji is also a native Mandarin speaker with significant international experience having qualified in New York, England & Wales and China.
