Reed Smith Academy supports individuals in the UAE who are seeking to qualify as a solicitor of England and Wales. Launched in 2022, the Academy prepares participants to sit both stages of the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE), while developing practical legal knowledge and skills. Participants continue working with their employer throughout the programme, either in their current role or on a secondment.

We welcome applications from qualified lawyers practising under another jurisdiction who wish to dual-qualify.

Please note that the programme does not provide Qualified Work Experience and is not a training contract.
