The General Office of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China issued a new national-level regulation, the Measures for the Management of Scientific Data (the “Measures”), governing all aspects of scientific data related activities. Since its publication, the Measures have been widely debated among foreign companies doing R&D activities in China.
