
Phillip is an attorney in the Real Estate Group. He advises clients on commercial real estate and mixed-use development acquisitions, sales, and exchanges. Negotiates and drafts agreements and instruments for buyers and sellers, including borrower and lender agreements and instruments. Also, negotiates and drafts lease agreements for both landlords and tenants. In addition, Phillip handles disputes involving land use and zoning; property rights; declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&R’s); real estate development; environmental law; energy project development; and business conflicts.
