Wardah is an associate in the New York office with the Global Commercial Disputes Group. Her practice focuses on general litigation, having successfully worked on cases across a diverse range of legal fields, including international arbitration, regulatory and compliance, antitrust, intellectual property, and data privacy. She has represented clients hailing from various industries, such as financial organizations, shipping and transportation, consumer goods, and oil and gas, among others.
Wardah embarked on her legal career as a summer associate at Reed Smith, while concurrently studying at Notre Dame Law School, where she served as a research assistant for the Institute for Transnational Arbitration. Prior to law school, Wardah obtained a Master's degree in International Migration and Public Policy from the esteemed London School of Economics.
Apart from her impressive legal acumen, Wardah is also deeply committed to the pursuit of social justice. She actively participates in Reed Smith's pro bono initiatives, particularly those related to immigration and criminal justice reform. Her unwavering passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion is evidenced by her involvement in several of Reed Smith's initiatives.
