Sarah joined Reed Smith’s Records & E-Discovery Group in 2013 as an E-Discovery attorney focusing on privilege and responsiveness analysis for large volume document collections. In that role, she oversaw quality control efforts and supervised review teams, working primarily on product liability matters and regulatory disputes for clients in the financial, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing sectors, among others.
Named an E-Discovery associate in 2021, Sarah’s practice has expanded to include information governance work. Her responsibilities include oversight of client legal holds, including conducting custodian interviews and coordinating collections, reviewing and analyzing discovery materials, preparing document productions, and creating witness deposition materials and trial exhibits. She also helps clients develop corporate document retention and legal hold policies.
