Erica L. Blank has more than 20 years’ experience as a real estate attorney with a focus on finance, private equity, and agency trading.  She spent the majority of her career as outside general counsel to a private equity company assisting the company in connection with its acquisitions, dispositions and financings of hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, multifamily properties and warehouses in the Caribbean and Central America with a focus in Puerto Rico.  In addition, she represents lenders and borrowers in all types of fixed and floating rate loan transactions for various asset classes.  She also represents numerous bond investors in the acquisition and disposition of GNMA and FNMA securities, including the table-finding of underlying FHA loans.
