Cheryl is a senior associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment Group, who represents clients in a variety of litigation matters with a focus on labor, employment, and commercial cases. She has a great breadth of experience in general civil litigation, having worked mainly for small litigation boutique firms prior to joining Reed Smith in their Houston office. Cheryl has represented clients in disputes ranging from pre-litigation stages through appeal and has sat first and second chair in several trials and arbitrations. Cheryl’s strengths lie in civil procedure and litigation strategy regardless of the subject matter or field. In the labor and employment context, Cheryl’s practice focuses on representing clients in labor arbitration and employment discrimination and retaliation matters.
