Haley is an associate in our Financial Industry Group, where she focuses her practice on a broad range of commercial matters, including restructuring and insolvency, commercial lending, and commercial litigation. She has experience representing both secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, pursuing receivership appointments, and drafting litigation documents in state and federal courts. Haley also assists clients with loan originations and related financial transactions.
She represents clients across a diverse range of industries, including healthcare, real estate, financial services, and technology.
While at Texas Tech University School of Law, Haley graduated at the top of her class and distinguished herself in both oral and written advocacy. She served as Vice Chair of Appellate Advocacy for the Texas Tech Board of Barristers and won a national championship title as oralist and brief writer for the 2023 inaugural Brigadier General Wayne E. Alley Military Moot Court Competition. She also served as a Comment Editor on the Texas Tech Law Review and was awarded the John C. Akard Endowed Bankruptcy Scholarship in recognition of her academic excellence and commitment to the field.
