Ben’s experience spans a wide range of industries, including real estate, construction, energy, healthcare, and financial services. Ben regularly handles disputes involving complex contracts, business torts, securities, and antitrust, as well as fiduciary duty and fraud-related litigation. His experience also includes representing clients in consumer claims on an individual and class basis, as well as bankruptcy-related litigation. Ben’s practice encompasses all aspects and phases of complex litigation proceedings, ranging from pretrial strategy and dispute resolution through trial.

Before joining Reed Smith, Ben was an associate at an international law firm where his practice focused on commercial litigation and government investigations. Prior to law school, Ben was a Teach For America corps member, where he taught high school mathematics in Dallas.
