Megan is a litigation attorney, focusing on representing life sciences companies and other manufacturing clients in a range of litigation matters, including product liability mass torts, personal injury claims and various business and commercial disputes.
Megan’s litigation experience includes handling expert designations, engaging in motions practice, drafting dispositive motions, taking and preparing for depositions, and overseeing discovery.
She has prior experience representing insurers and plan administrators in claims involving medical benefits. Megan has additional experience representing health care providers in disciplinary actions before the Texas Medical Board and the Texas Board of Nursing.
Megan previously served as legislative counsel to District of Columbia Councilmember Mary Cheh. She drafted health legislation on a broad range of topics, including end of life care and school nutrition requirements.
