Brittney counsels clients on a variety of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations, including general licensing, Medicaid, Medicare, reimbursement issues, Federal Anti-Kickback laws, and both State and Federal False Claims laws. She assists clients with licensing needs and representation before professional boards, regulatory agencies, and accrediting bodies. Her practice includes handling state and federal administrative appeals related to enforcement and recovery actions; licensing and certification applications and advice; managed care contracting and reimbursement issues; defending governmental allegations of healthcare fraud and abuse; nursing home survey and certification issues; corporate compliance advice and services; and home health and hospice agency compliance matters.

Brittney also currently serves as a Volunteer Attorney with the Support Center for Child Advocates.
